ABOUT MICHAL

I am deeply inspired to support you in your growth by helping you rediscover ways of living and feeling into your aliveness and joy. Coming from a different culture, I bring a unique perspective to my work as well as the understanding that we all have our own ways of living and expressing ourselves, and understand that we might need help in finding what it means to live a fullfilling life.

My personal drive to seek growth and healing inspired me to travel and explore different parts of the world. Spending periods of time deeply immersed in other cultures, I gained the self-knowledge and growth I was seeking through connecting with others and learning from their experiences of life. I developed a deep sense of curiosity about others, about health and healing, and the many diverse expressions of living, which has ultimately led me to become a psychotherapist.

I received my BA in Psychology from Haifa University in Israel and my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. For years, I have worked therapeutically with adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings. All the while I have been devoted to my own process of healing and self-growth through therapy and a variety of mindfulness practices.

I offer therapy in English and Hebrew.
